製 = ZHI, made.
大 = DA (BIG, GREAT)
明 = MING (DYNASTY NAME)
宣= XUAN 德 = DE
The charm is 85mm long x 66 mm high.  It weighs about 83g.

It is a late Qing Dynasty fake, about 100 years old, per Leseulunique, based on the patina and style.

Awesome! That is one of the coolest Chinese pieces I have ever seen!! It doesn't even matter that it is not a coin...very neat!
