Was a little too quick to post this, found it a few minutes later; seems to be a rare variant of a Rome mintmark

Hi,

Yes, a Rome mark. I've got SECVNDA on a Valentinian I and PRIMA on a Valens. You can also get TERTIO but haven't got one of those.

Officina QVARTA also exists at Rome mint for Valentinianus and Valens.

Here is a QVARTA under Gratian
