This follis has been minted by Constantine in honour of his deceased father Constantius

DIVO CONSTANTIO PIO, laureate, cuirassed and veiled bust of Constantius right
MEMORIA FELIX, large altar between two eagles. PTR at exergue (Trier mint, first officina)
5,62 gr, 26 mm

I like the speck of carbonate in his eye.  Gives it an champleve enameled look!
