I don't like the look of this one. What is the edge like? I suppose it could it be a fourre with a corroding core forcing the silver skin into blisters, but there are other things about the coin I don't like including the general surface appearance.
Being no great expert I could be wrong, I just know that I personally would steer clear of it.
