Obv. M COMM ANT P FEL AVG BRIT Laureate head right.
Rev. P M TRP XI IMP VII COS V PP Aequitas standing, head left, holding scales and cornucopia.

He looks a bit conceited doesn't he. Totally unaware of what fate has in store for him.

That way, we are all conceited. For example, I was completely unaware that the day would begin with me falling out of bed and then continue with some door-to-door salesman guy trying to sell me an overpriced chocolate bunny. Then it got worse. Yet, there I was, hoping for a good day. Kinda late for that now.

By the way, I hope to stay unaware of what fate has in store of me. Otherwise, it'd be a bit depressing:

"Ah, yet another auction I'm NOT going to win!"

Having no knowledge of the future, I still have some hope. ;D

I sincerely hope that Fate has better things in store for you than it had for Commodus.

Thanks for the comments everyone. Out of interst, can anyone confirm my date (186AD) for this coin is correct, I always feel insecure about dates.
