Help Id Chinese Cash (Jiaqing Boo-chiowan ?)

Hi,

I'm trying to id this coin but am having problem with metrics, as it is 25mm in diameter and the ones that I found here are 24/27mm
The boo-chiowan side looks too perfect to be true, fake or replica? If not can someone point me the correct id?

IMHO this is clearly a fake or replica.

I prefer replica because these coins are usually sold in sets of imitations, and were not made to fool anyone.

it does, but according to numista the coin in that set is much smaller, 16.8mm
