Erythrai might be a possibility.

Athena on obverse and inscription in lines on the reverse is common for Erythrai, but there are too many different magistrates , and I wasn't able to find a match. Therfore this is only a guess.

In Philip Kinns, "Studies in the coinage of Ionia: Erythrae, Teos, Lebedus, Colophon, c. 400-30 BC" there is described as number 294 a specimen with magistrate ΚΟΡΔΥΠΟΣ  EΠIKOYPOY which seems to fit quite well.
