Help Identify Roman Coin

Mars facing left, Eagle facing left. Looks like that is rather rare... (most of the 'Mars'-coins are facing right).

Can someone help me to identify this one?

Looks like under the eagle 'ROME' is written, at least, i recognise the 'M'...
