Neat coin, and very interesting.  The Antioch (Theopolis) mintmark is in Greek instead of the more usual Latin.  Acsearch.info and Wildwinds list this as SB 217.

The style of the M is certainly strange, so I suppose it could be an ancient imitation, but the rest of the coin looks pretty normal.  Good luck

'looks like a official issue, I wonder if the had a faulty die or die break on the large M to cause the misshape.
