VOT/XX/MVLT/XXX or perhaps VOT/XX/MV•LT/XXX - that's what I can read at the reverse.

I think VOT/XX/MV•LT/XXX is closer to the mark...think I can read SM as part of the ex

I think this narrows it down to either constans, Constantine II or Constantius II. Would that be correct?

Could it be SMANT in exergue? Or SMAN :Greek_Gamma:?

Hi, Matthew, I think the mintmark may be something like "SMH?" = mint of Heraclea. So it could be RIC VIII Heraclea 45 or 59 ?

The dot between MV and LT may be something like a starting point (centering dot) for the 'signator' or 'scalptor', which were engraving the dies. -----> http://www.constantinethegreatcoins.com/dot

I'm easily convinced that I am certainly wrong about the AN, but the last character on the right side looks like it has a right angle to me (T was my first impression, but for Heraclea  :Greek_Gamma: would work). I could be wrong about that too, of course, and if you can make out an H, but not what I'm seeing, then I probably am.

edit: yep, I think I am wrong - it seemed clearer last night when I was sleepy...
