Could be also read Omar ( with artisitc R looks more like D ) عمر
unless it meant to be the letter D , A'mm' DD ( means on purpose ) عمد
the word on your first photo is also ( same way but rich letter )Omar عمر ( R also looks more like D ) , which also can be A'mm' DD ( means on purpose ) عمد
