Help identifying a late Byzantine AE coin #1

I've spent enough time trying to figure this one out, so over to you.  It has the size & weight of a tetarteron.  The obverse is much like SB 1922, but the throne seems to have a back on this one.  The reverse is much like SB 1923, but the arm holding the scepter is angled down rather than up.

It is neither, I believe it is another type of coin, try Roger of Sicily

Sicilia (Regno). Roger II, as Count, 1105-1130. Follaro , Messina, c. 1127-1130. R / II Roger II standing facing, holding cruciform scepter in right hand and globus cruciger in left.
Christ enthroned facing.
