Can you try to rephotograph this with a bit more shade? The letters have very little contrast which make them hard to read.

I don't think I can improve much on that, Iolkia. I think a clearer photo might help us though. Might be Skepe in the first line. You're right that an accusative (CON/TON) is expected, but the seal seems to continue in a dative spelled with omicron (CO, TO)...
