Early Istrian drachm

MOESIA, Istros. Late 5th-early 4th centuries BC. AR Drachm* (18-20mm, 7.01 g).
Obv. Facing male heads, the right inverted.
Rev. Sea-eagle left, grasping dolphin with talons; all within incuse square.
Rare early issue.
This coin is published in: Zaginailo A.G. Visuntsovsky hoard of silver coins of Istria, found in 1951 (On the question of early issues of Istrian silver) // Notes of the Odessa Archaeological Society. - 1967. - T. II (35). — P. 60-75. [in Russian]
*Some researchers consider these issues to be didrachms/staters minted according to the Milesian standard.

Found in 1951, first time published in 1967 (this coin), then published in 1984 (this coin, obverse).
