I wonder who the modern die cutter was using as a model for the bust. Henry Kissinger?

Sad as it is that people are foolish enough to bid on the junk, it does say

GOLD do NOT we GUARANTEE AUTHENTICITY

This seller will be added to the notorious frauds list.  All his coins appear to be fake (and a good opportunity to make some Forum dollars submitting fake coin reports).

Looks more like Marty Feldman to me.

I believe he was the model for most Constantinian and LRB coinage as well!

Oh Commodus, what a ridiculous generalisation.   :)

See below, and I can post many more Constantinians if you want?

Not all, of course, but many!
(certainly many more than from any other era).
Don't bother posting pix, Mark. I know there are lots you can post that don't have pop eyes (at least not too badly -- even the one you posted has a minor case of the condition!), and for every one of them I can post two that do. It doesn't matter; it isn't a contest. However, one would have to be blind to miss the fact that this was an ubiquitous feature of Roman coinage, as well as other visual arts, in that era. It even shows up in Constantinian statuary:
