Hi carp,

The reverse is not simply a "coiled serpent." It is actually multiple (3?) coiled serpents pulling a chariot.

Hi carp,

Based on the "AMK" at the bottom of the reverse, it may be Cilicia, possibly Tarsos.

Hi carp,

The legend at the top of the reverse isn't clear, but it may be "...ANAZ...HTP...". This would be a reference to Anazarbus.

It is probably this one from Anazarbos: https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/coins/6/7289
