I just found that. It looks like Isaak In Cyprus, Uncertain mint.
Emperor holding long cross and globus, crowned by hand in upper right.
The Virgin standing open arms with long dress.
Any idea?
I havent cleaned it, but the core of the coin looks silvered.

I think you are correct!

Obv:  Full-length figure of emperor wearing stemma, divitision, and chlamys, standing on dais; holds in right hand a cross on a long shaft, and in left hand a globus cruciger.  Manus Dei in upper right field.

Rev:  Full-length figure of the Virgin nimbate, orans, wearing tunic and maphorion.

Reference:  Dumbarton Oaks Vol. IV, plate XIX B.(4).  Sear 1995 (listed as "extremely rare")
