Help with this tiny Roman Coin .

Help with this coin it is 0.8mm and 0.77gm. I can see monogram  :Greek_Nu: on the reverse.
Obverse Small bust to the right wearing wat it looks like to me as a small hat or crown .I took 2 photos of each side under different lighting. Thanks for any help.

I think your diameter has to be wrong.  It's certainly larger than 0.8mm.

It is 0.7-0.8 mm I'm thinking it may be Aelia Zenonis ? I did try to clean it lightly and the bust looks like female the other photo is coin of Zenonis.
