RIC V Claudius Gothicus 10 fake/error??

Issue with this coin, which I suspect to be a cast fake but do not trust my self.

Reverse legend: P M TR P COS II PP instead of P M TR P II COS PP

The crack appears to be filled at the inner section, soft lettering on obverse and the reverse is not a type that should appear for Claudius Gothicus. But I could be wrong, I'm just very dubious of this coin.

I'm fairly certain the obverse depicts Claudius II 'Gothicus', which if genuine would make this the only one of its kind, which just raises a massive flag for me.
