Hi all.  I think this is very remarkable and I was not sure where I should post.  In Byzantine Coins, Ancient Coin Forum, or both.  Here are two half folles of Maurice, I think from Nicomedia, that were found separately near the beach at Caesarea in the 1970's.  Any other opinions, ideas, or comments would, of course, be welcome.  The obverse wear on each is quite different, so I am not as certain about that match, but everything seems to line up nicely.  Thanks for looking.  Jimi (V-Drome)
