Obv: Facing busts of Constantine & Irene!
Rev: Facing bust of Constantine(?), set on horizontal bar, holding cruciform scepter on right hand, below large M flanked by X-N.

Constantine V with Leo IV and Leo III (notice the cross potent in Leo's III hand which distinguishes itself from later folles)
