Definitely Anastasius but from the picture it's really hard to say much. I don't collect photos of these so I couldn't say if it matches any known fakes.

Here's a reply I just got from a well-known expert:

Lebanon was famous in the 70's and the 80's for producing good quality gold fakes of ancient Byzantine gold (this coin is one of those...). There was even a class of fake coins from a so-called "Beirut school."

Too bad, as it was reasonably priced. Come to think of it, that's why it was reasonably priced, wasn't it?  ;)
