I am going to convert this thread into a NFSL nomination.  Do not link to eBay on any post except a nomination for the NFSL. The nomination post or thread should have the subject "Nomination of insert eBay username as a Notorious Fake Seller." The post should include the username and a link to the sellers' item list on eBay.
