Suggestions for a Coin Album
« on: January 31, 2024, 10:21:28 pm »
Hi

I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions regarding Coin Albums?

I am after a better storage solution for my coins which currently reside in a tin.

I have a mixture of both ancient and more modern coins. Mostly ancient.

Thanks

I tried albums and didn't like them.  I now have my coins in trays which slide nicely into holders I bought at target.  Works for me but then I don't have all that many coins

I used binders for a while.  In fact I still do for my large volume low values stuff - some modern and my Chinese cash.

Any thick binder will do, but I got some Lighthouse / Leuchturm stamp collector's binders which come with hard sleeves.

Then you get plastic pages which can take twenty 2.5"x2.5" flips each.

I run a blend of flip boxes and binders.

Kinda random what I put where.  If I started a theme in a binder, it's probably still in a binder

The boxes are far more conducive to actually handling your coins though.
