My initial thought was fake and when taking a closer look at your blurred images i think i see a casting seam around the edge, close up images that are in focus might help.

It indeed does have a seam running through the edge and it has been what seems to be either welded or just melted shut at the neck of the other side. Couldn't get a clear photo of it

Very hard to say if it is genuine or a modern forgery from these photos, but I do not like the style of the head of Alexander on the obverse.
A seam along the edge would be a dead giveaway.

That said, the weight and size are about right for a drachm of Lysimachos of Thrace. As for style: several mints have different styles, and there numerous imitations, including Celtic.

This coin would be HGC 3.2 #1753. There are hundreds of these on acsearch.info under lysimachos+AR+drachm+alexander+athena. The only uncommon element I see is that it has a monogram in the exergue.  Known monograms include ΣΙ, Ξ, ME, or just M.
