Classic addition, Joe.  The meaning of the elephant trampling serpent has been hotly debated.

New addition today:

Caria, Mylasa, (210-30 B.C.), AE-13, SNG von Aulock 2619, M/Y//--, Ornamented trident with head downwards, #1
https://www.forumancientcoins.com/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-160095

Interesting and unusual.  Question on your notation:  what is the meaning of M/Y//--?  You use the front slash a lot.

Cheers~

Hi Anaximander,

This: -/-//— notes I used ( and so many others) to
described which letter or symbol in left -/ or right side of the field on
the flan of the coin and after the //—, I used what is in the exergue...

This coin we have left M in right Y and nothing in exergue that means:

M/Y//—, ...

( The M not clearly visible, only the Y in the right side near of the ornamented Trident )

Regards
