Byzantine Seal #2

Hi all, here is another seal I’ve been working on. It looks maybe circa 12th century? It is unfortunately quite worn, but some of the legend can be made out. I’m not entirely confident in my reading of it, so any ideas welcome! I can make out the following:

Obverse St Michael

Reverse:

KEBO
AZAVO(?)
TOV KI(?)E
...AW
