KINGS of PARTHIA. Gotarzes I. 91-87 BC. AR Drachm (20mm - 3.96 g). Diademed and draped bust left, wearing tiara decorated with six-pointed star / Arsakes I seated right, holding bow. Sellwood 29.1 (Mithradates II)

Found it, both had the right die, but its a later issue by Gotarzes I, no dotting letters..
