looks like one i have on the www.ptolemybronze.com web collection site.  you can see it in the group categorized as 'Module F, G, H...' in the 'view collection' area.

OBV - Laureate Zeus, facing right
REV - Eagle standing on thunderbolt facing left with closed wing and head also facing left, no monogram between legs, double cornucopia over eagle's right shoulder. BASILEOS right, PTOLEMAIOY left.
REF - Svoronos 762 SNGCop 191 Weiser 45
