I am a bit suspicious of that coin.  Weight?  Shots of the edge would help.

Hello, this coin is set in a jewel. Seems a legit Tetradrachm, 2,5 cm , silver.
Have we ever seen an extra dot on the A of the mint ?

Both 'A' letters on the right side of the reverse seem to look rather similar and ordinary.

That said, it may nevertheless be wise to have an ancient coin authenticity expert check this coin up close. Replica 'coins' are sometimes used in jewelry instead of real ones.
