Antiochus VIII - Enlighten me please...

I'm having trouble reconciling an apparent conflict between Sear (SG6046) and Hendin (#414). Both catalog a small bronze (15-16mm) with apparently identical devices and legends. Sear holds it to be a somewhat common autonomous issue from Ptolemais-Ake while Hendin identifes it as a rather rare issue of Cleopatra Thea & Antiochus VIII from the Akko-Ptolemais mint. Am I missing something that should distinguish these 2 issues OR are they the same coin? Sample pic below:
