Need help with cup coin id

Just bought a lot of roman coins and two byzantine coins. Absolutely no idea what it is, except that the coins are probably 11th or 12th century coins.

Sear 1964 (or 1965 if the cross on globe is plain and not double. Picture is not so clear on that point).
