I made new photographic captures of the collection i started in 2004.

Thank you very much for your contribution. But this thread is intended for new types from Nicopolis ad Istrum. Because your coin comes from Prusia in Bithynia it is not the right place for this coin.

On the Septimius Severus you show with the reverse of the eagle, two standards, and altar, there is a similar one for Caracalla. Thanks to some detective work from Mark Fox, the description:

AE of Prusias. 27mm, 9.67 g. Obv: Bust right. Rev: Eagle standing head left, wreath in beak, on garlanded cippus flanked by two standards.
RPC temporary 6812 [Attribution based on email received from Mr. Heuchert of RPC].

I'm guessing that eventually we might see a similar one for Geta.

Sorry! Will post the diameter/weight shortly. I think the top photos are supposed to be a medallion of Caracalla from Pergamon but it looks off. Still need help with bottom two photos though

Could be a fibula.  But I think that with the brackets on the back it was a strap decoration - Roman 2nd-mid-3rd century AD.

Copper alloy; 38mm/4.0gm

At first glance, this appears to be an equal-ended plate brooch, but it is not.
From the two square-ended attachment pins seen on the reverse, it must be a Roman strap or belt mount of some sort or is it?
But the small size makes me wonder...
