The top image below was originally posted by me some time ago. It shows a modern gold imitation of the hyperpyron S.2073 (with the reverse upright when it should be inverted), together with what appears to be a cast copper copy of the gold coin.

The 3rd coin shows another example of a cast copy, currently on offer by a prominent auction house.

The bottom coin shows what seems to be an earlier offering of the current coin.
