This issue is definetly of Antioch style and I suspect exe.is XXI maybe slightly fudged up.Could center field be Epsilon because? it appears there maybe something in the middle of the C.That may make this a mule of Diocletian RIC V-2 325 Antioch

B-P

I had never considered Epsilon in the field. I was going under the assumption that it was "C" and I was getting nowhere.
Good call!

How about RIC V 623? The only problem is the "dot" after "XXI"

thanks!
