I think this is a Salonina Antoninianus. SALONINA AVG, diademed and draped bust right on crescent / FECVNDITAS AVG, Fecunditas standing holding infant, a child at her feet.

But cannot find a reference with the letter (€).

Göbl lists this reverse as 581aa.
Only one coin known (W 72.245)

There actually is another type where she holds a child instead of a cornucopia in her left hand (I am sure there is an example in Forum's sold coins).
