This is is 133mm and 1.9gr.  On the reverse: PYOIS ??? No chance at the wildwinds.com to come accross by searching under this legend!!
Please help!

133mm?!?  That can't be right!

Obverse is "head right", reverse cornucopia between caps of Dioscuri, I think...
