Hello ! I have some doubts aboout this coin. I mean its strange porous surface. Is it fake ? Or just worn and badly cleaned with acid ?

The latter. It's worn and badly cleaned but probably genuine.

I agree--but again, weight would be diagnostic.

Yes--weight is good.  To me it looks authentic--just showing its age.
