Anyone know the old journal "RE" ?
« on: September 22, 2023, 08:52:25 pm »
I am trying to work out what the initials "RE" of an old - probably German language - journal means. I am looking for the 1912 edition. If I knew what RE stands for, I could probably find it in Düsseldorf's or Heidelberg's online library.

LATER; Aha, I found it - it means "Paulys Realencyclopädie der classischen Altertumswissenschaft (RE)."

I'll leave the post here, in case it's useful to someone.

I have added RE and Pauly–Wissowa to NumisWiki with a link to Paulys Realencyclopädie der classischen Altertumswissenschaft online.
