Vandalism in Numiswiki
« on: January 15, 2024, 08:06:00 am »
Hi,
I was jsut about to refer someone to one of the 101 articles and it looks like at least one has been vandalized:
https://www.forumancientcoins.com/numiswiki/history.asp?key=Ancient%20Coin%20Collecting%20101
I can see previous versions but not restore them (as far as I can see). Form that user's history, it seems they only edited the one article.

Maybe they also deleted articles? I can't find the 'Identifying Common Late Roman coins' (or similar) that had all the nice pictures of the different emperors and reverses.

Thanks Andreas. I fixed it and banned the member. There is no option to delete articles.

To restore, just copy the most recent version in history, edit, and paste.

I found it by searching for identifying. Sometimes less is more when searching.
