Imperial marriage bezel -- Caracalla and Plautilla?
« on: April 21, 2023, 02:45:18 pm »
This well-engraved silver double portrait. 10x11 mm, 1.61 g, showed up in a large lot of bezels I bought. I believe that the portraits are Caracalla and Plautilla (see the the links for comparison-specimens); any closer comparisons?

Ave Archivum,

Can you post straight down pix of the obverse and the reverse?

I could post the reverse; it’s smooth / blank, though — still useful?
