Khusru II. Mintmark and date is`t clear to read, but i guess this 10th regnal year mint WYH. In any case, revers is the type of 2-10th reg. years.

Right of the portrait - HWSRWB on pahlavi. Ordinary early type portrait of Khusru II. For Khusru III and Khusru IV (or V) a combination of parts of obverse and reverse is untypical.
