Sizes of Jewish AR

Can anyone tell me the approximate dimensions you'd expect in a First Revolt shekel, half-shekel and quarter-shekel, a Bar Kochba sela and a zuz?

AR Shekel - Jewish war year 2 14.03 gms 22 mm
Bar Kochba, Denari or zuz, Hybrid, Year 1/2 Eleazar, Mild. 6, 3.19 gm, 17mm

All of the above from http://www.ancientcoin.com/cgi-local/findCoins.cgi?grp=15

PS I also found this "It is noteworthy that the Aramaic term sela and the Phoenician term shekel are names of coins, as well as of weight standards.[6] The silver tetradrachm (or sela) weighs on average 14 gr. and its quarter fraction, the denarius or zuz, is c. 3.5 gr. "

Thanks. If the shekels are 14g and only 22mm that explains why Hendin calls them 'thick Jewish shekels'.
