The first coin needs some cleaning and the picture is not sharp. Could be Severus Alexander of Nicaea, Bithynia (legionary standards).

It looks different in the new picture. Is the inscription COL CLA on the reverse? If you find plowing oxen under the crust, it is Ake Ptolemais, Nero:
