Roman coin?

I just bought a 3lbs lot of coins and found this in it.

I tried searching for a picture of it, but found nothing exactly like this. What is it? Fake? I dont exactly know anything about coins older then 100 years....

It's a modern reproduction, that's what MEKU NP75 means. NP=Nachprägung (restrike), 75 is probably the year.
I think these were included in Nescafé products in the seventies. It's possible that they used the same dies for later restrikes.
