File conversion from iPhone
« on: November 08, 2022, 09:16:45 am »
Hello, all.

I’m far from a techie, and can’t seem to figure out how to take a pic or screenshot I took on this iPhone X and make it usable on the Forvm. I typically get a message that the pic may be too large or not in the proper file type.

Example: taking a pic on iPhone of a coin to get attribution help.

Thank you so much!

If you're certain the file size is OK, check the file type of the image.  I've started seeing a lot of images I save or download being saved as "jfif" files.  I don't believe FORVM can accept those.  Even my image processing programs can't open them.  You'll need to resave them as jpeg type files.
