The Members' Gallery / Re: Tracy’s Relatively New Gallery
« Last post by Tracy Aiello on Today at 09:00:13 pm »This medal commemorates the centenary of Trafalgar, presented by the St. George’s Society and Sons of England of Ottawa, Canada. It has a suspension hole drilled in it just after the 12h (from the obverse). This is the fifth entry into my Nelson gallery and the third that has been altered for wearing. Clearly on the reverse at the 6h is a mark but even under 25x magnification it doesn’t resemble anything that I can recognize. Yet, I’m convinced that it was intentional and not just a defect or artifact.
