Working on identify Seal of a Chosdroes? Hypatos

Hello all, I am working on identifying this interesting Byzantine seal.  I have deciphered  enough to find him a hypatos.  Any help with his name and possible other title?  It appears to be 7th or 8th Century to me.

Could this be a seal of XOCΔP  :Greek_omega_small: Chosdroes / Chosroes /Khosrow / Kosoroes?  Could it solve Mother of God, help Chosdroes (Chosroes /Khosrow / Kosoroes), hypatos?

Yes, you are correct. An Iranian name. Also graecized to Kosoroes or Chosroes. Interesting find! 8th century.
