I think this (17mm) coin is s2015, Alexius III Angelus-Comnenus, AE tetarteron of Thessalonica. Am I right?

OBVERSE: columnar legend OГEWP on left, ГIO(C) on right.  Bust of St. George, beardless and nimbate, wearing tunic, lamellear body armour and mantle;
holds spear in right hand, resting on left shoulder, and in left hand – scroll /? or handle of sword ?/ .

REVERSE: circular legend  AЛEZI(W) on l., and ДECП on r.
Full-length figure of emperor wearing stemma, divitision and chlamys; holds in right hand labarum on long shaft, and in left, globus cruciger. “Manus Dei” in upper right field.
