3 Coins need help please

The first is roman 30mm thick flan, with what looks to have been center punched. The 2nd coin is 19mm with a thick flan, the writing is i think on rev CYISEA with a crown and maybe crossed swords. The 3rd coin is 12mm on a thick flan, see pic for details, i have no idea what this is.        Re gards.

The third coin, which you call the first, is a sestertius of Antoninus Pius, the other two are modern.

Hi

The middle one is a brass coin weight for a British guinea, possibly of George I or II.

The left one is an anonymous coin of the Chera dynasty from Kerala in Southern India, c.1310-1380.
